Home Workout Instructions
Warm up and cool down for 5:00 to 10:00. Grab a medium dumbbell and complete five rounds of the following in good form:
Goblet Squats x 10
Push Press x 10 per side
One Arm Rows x 10 per side
Run 200m or 1:00 on any Cardio equipment
