Looking to take your training and strength to the next level? You need Semi-Private Personal Training! You will get a customized strength training program delivered in a much smaller group of 2-4 people. You will literally be forced to get stronger and fitter because we track everything and customize the program to your needs!
We will design a program for you, based on the results of your evaluation. During your training sessions, you will meet with one of our certified trainers in a semi-private format. In this personalized setting, you will be exposed to in-depth instruction while focusing on your specific goals.
We have two options to choose from:
