Movement Tip – The Push-Up Pike

Push-Up Pike

The push-up pike is one of the best upper body and core combination moves. Super-member Karen demonstrates this exercise.  Start with your feet suspended, most importantly, keep your spine straight and your core engaged.  After completing your push-up, pull your butt straight up and lower slowly.  If you’re not there yet, start with a tuck by pulling your knees into the chest and then slowly return to the plank position.
